Refund policy

1. **Eligibility for Refunds**: Refunds are applicable to regular-priced items returned within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and packaging.

2. **Time Frame**: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Items returned after this period will not qualify for a refund.

3. **Condition of Products**: Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Products that have been assembled, or are damaged or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error, will not be eligible for a refund.

4. **Restocking Fee & Convenience Fee**: A restocking fee of 40% applies to returns not resulting in error from LK Cabinets & More, LLC. A convenience fee of 3.75% is subject to and will be applied to all credit card transactions. Returned payments due to insufficient funds will incur a charge of $25, along with any applicable bank fees.

5. **Return Process**: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Email verification from LK Cabinets & More, LLC must be obtained prior to return shipment. No refunds will be issued without prior approval from LK Cabinets & More. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Additionally, pictures of any damaged or missing pieces must be noted on the bill of lading when received and emailed to lkkitchenandbath@gmail.com for approval of a replacement. Any item not listed on the bill of lading will not be eligible.

6. **Late or Missing Refunds**: Should you not receive your refund, please verify with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue remains unresolved, kindly contact us at lkkitchenandbath@gmail.com.

7. **Exchanges**: Exchanges are offered exclusively for items that are defective or damaged. For such requests, please contact us at lkkitchenandbath@gmail.com for detailed instructions.
